Full refund within 14 days
If Cratebox isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your payment and we’ll issue a full refund — for any reason. This applies to your initial purchase and to any renewal charge.
Try before you buy
Every download starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. You can fully evaluate Cratebox before any charge is made.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Cancelling keeps the perpetual license to the version you already have — only future updates stop. A cancellation on its own is not a refund; for a refund, use the 14-day guarantee above.
How to request a refund
Email support@cratebox.app from your purchase email, including your order number. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.
